We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.
International Orders: Free shipping is not available. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Damaged items will be inspected before any refund is processed.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

• Email us at splashbug2002@aol.com and specify the design you would like in exchange.
• We will cover complimentary shipping for the first exchange.

Additional Information

• For gifts, returns should be handled by the recipient, who must follow the same return policy.
• International returns must also follow this policy; buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Exceptions

• Some items may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Please refer to individual product descriptions.
• The Arts cannot be returned.
